| Mr. Pankaj Shroff has been with the company since 1966. Under his proactive leadership and vision to see beyond the horizon, Sunways has grown over the years in to a strong conglomerate of companies having a formidable presence in the domestic market. He has diverse firsthand experience ranging from working on the manufacturing shop floor to selling end products, to dealing with various agencies, etc.
It was under his vision that Sunways continues to excel in the niche segment of Ophthalmology. He looks after all the activities related to Sales & Marketing and also Government Tendering apart from overall functioning of the company.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton, Ohio (U.S.A). |

Mr. Anupam Shroff joined Sunways in 1967, right after he graduated from college. With a keen interest in administrative affairs of the company even while studying, he took over the business operations. From running factories, to identifying operational inefficiencies, he has been instrumental in introducing innovative solutions for day-to-day running of the organization. During his early days he also tried his hand at sales and marketing activities in North and West India.
He holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. |

Mr. Bhadresh Shroff, a bright student in college, started helping with the family business at the tender age of 17. After his Graduation in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai he went on to do his Law & MBA in Finance. After completing his studies he took over the departments of Finance, Accounts and Legal & Regulatory affairs.
He has been instrumental in strengthening the financial health of the company. His untiring efforts bore fruits when the international Financial Rating Agency CRISIL rated Sunways with highest performance capability and highest Financial Strength few years ago. He also heads the export department to explore the ever expanding opportunities in the international market. |
