Indications |
Oflo-P Eye Drops is indicated for steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions for which a corticosteroid is indicated and where bacterial ocular infection or a risk of bacterial ocular infection exists. |

Dosage |
One or two drops instilled into the conjunctival sacs every four to six hours. |

Contraindications |
Oflo-P is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ofloxacin or other quinolones and prednisolone or other steroids or any of the components present in the formulation.
Epithelial herpes simplex keratitis, vaccinia, varicella, and in many other viral diseases of the conjunctiva and cornea, mycobacterial infection of the eye, fungal diseases of ocular structures. |

Warning |
Indiscriminate and prolonged use of ophthalmic formulations containing steroids may lead to glaucoma, cataract and fungal infections. |

Pregnancy |
Safety of the use of oflo-P in pregnancy has not been established, there are no adequate studies in pregnant women. It should be used with caution only if the potential benefit justifies the risks to the foetus. |

Adverse Effects |
Transient ocular burning or discomfort, stinging, itching, redness, tearing, and dryness may occur. |

Store in a cool dry place. Protect from light. |
